Great news – Identity protection through Norton LifeLock Benefit Plans is getting even better! You’ll have the same great coverage, but will save on premiums in 2025 and enjoy a streamlined enrollment experience through the new Iron Mountain Benefits Center provided by bswift.

New enrollments and changes to your current protection will not be available Oct. 11 – Dec. 31 as your account transitions. However, you can make proactive updates to your coverage for a future date.

• Oct. 24 – Nov. 7, 2024: Enroll or update your coverage effective Jan. 1, 2025 during Open Enrollment
• Nov. 8 – Dec. 20, 2024: Enroll or update your coverage effective Jan. 1, 2025 with a special enrollment window
• Jan. 1, 2025 and ongoing: Enroll or update your coverage effective the first of the following month

To make updates to your 2025 identity protection coverage, visit the Iron Mountain Benefits Center site using one of the methods below.

1. Access the IM Benefits tile on myMAP to access the Iron Mountain Benefits Center through single sign on.
2. Log on to the Iron Mountain Benefits Center.
3. Download the bswift Mobile app.

Enter any email associated with your Iron Mountain Workday account to log in to your Iron Mountain Benefits Center account for the first time.
